Must have lived in your current residence for a minimum of 6 months

The bill you are requesting help for cannot be more than one month past due.

Utility bill and or lease/ mortgage must be in the same name as the resident.

Must be able to show a legitimate household income belonging to a verified resident.

The current resident cannot be a hotel or “staying with a friend”

All applicants must consent to an in person financial interview upon request.  You may be required to provide proof of income, custody documents or bank statements.
